Express Transport Observatory
Express Transport Pulse 2026
Transport is changing, and many of the decisions we make today will shape the way the industry operates in the future.
Changes that directly affect the 2.5–3.5 t segment can have broader consequences for customers, partners and the wider commercial vehicle market. In this study, we want to understand whether these effects remain within the segment or spread to other parts of the market, all the way to 40 t.
Through this study, we want to understand what is happening in practice: how transport operators, intermediaries, customers and other companies across the transport ecosystem are experiencing these changes.
It may be relevant to you too
Relevant even if you operate larger vehicles. If you work with 40 t transport, arrange transport through intermediaries, purchase transport services, or provide products and services to the industry, your perspective helps us understand whether changes in one segment are beginning to have an impact on others.
Different perspectives. A clearer picture.
Separate analysis of different participant groups. Transport operators, intermediaries, customers and companies across the wider ecosystem are analysed separately and compared where relevant. This helps us identify where effects are widespread and where they are specific to individual groups — and understand where the market is moving.
Results that may benefit you directly
Participants who complete the core survey will receive a summary of the results in October 2026.
This will allow you to compare your own experience with the wider market and gain an overview of the trends and decisions shaping the industry.
